What Changed?
NBEMS published a fresh update on 23 July 2026 correcting the Round 2 vacancy position for selected institutions in Gujarat, Kerala and Maharashtra.

Virtual Vacancy
A Virtual Vacancy is linked to a seat currently held by a candidate seeking upgrade. It becomes available only if that candidate moves to another seat.
⚠️ Virtual vacancy does not mean a guaranteed vacant seat.
Choice Filling Status
The official Round 2 choice-filling schedule was:
- Start: 21 July 2026
- Last Date: 23 July 2026
- Closing Time: 5:00 PM IST
The choice-filling window has now closed.
Candidates who submitted choices should keep their final choice record safely and wait for the Round 2 allotment result.
