KNRUHS Telangana has released the physical verification schedule for candidates who registered under the Children of Armed Personnel (CAP) quota for MBBS/BDS admissions 2026-27.

Physical verification of original certificates is compulsory for candidates claiming CAP reservation.

⚠️ Candidates who fail to attend physical verification according to the notified schedule will not be considered for admission under the CAP category.

Candidates must therefore treat this as a compulsory eligibility-verification step.

Who Must Attend?

Candidates who:

• Qualified NEET UG 2026
• Applied for Telangana MBBS/BDS Competent Authority Quota counselling
• Selected/claimed Children of Armed Personnel (CAP) reservation
• Completed online registration under the CAP category

Candidates should carry all applicable original CAP and academic documents.

For CAP claims, candidates should keep documents such as applicable:

• CAP Certificate
• Ex-Servicemen / Serving Personnel supporting documents
• Discharge / Service Book where applicable
• PPO where applicable
• Identity card issued by the competent Sainik Welfare authority
• Educational documents of the service person where prescribed
• NEET UG 2026 documents
• Telangana counselling registration documents
• Other original certificates uploaded during online registration

Telangana Registration Is Already Open

The Telangana MBBS/BDS Competent Authority Quota application portal is currently active.

Application window: 5 August 2026, 6:00 AM to 12 August 2026, 6:00 PM

CAP verification is a separate physical verification requirement for candidates claiming this reservation.

What CAP Candidates Should Do

1. Check your NEET UG 2026 rank.
2. Identify the correct verification date and reporting time.
3. Arrange all original CAP certificates.
4. Carry all supporting service/ex-servicemen documents.
5. Attend with parent/guardian.
6. Reach the verification venue before reporting time.
7. Preserve any verification acknowledgement issued.
8. Continue monitoring KNRUHS for the provisional merit list and web-option schedule.

Important Warning

Missing the CAP verification can result in loss of the CAP quota claim, even if the candidate has completed online MBBS/BDS registration.
